My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the breakfast was quite good and the bathroom was large and comfortable. On the other hand, the lack of privacy due to the bathroom design and the unexpected room changes made things uncomfortable. The hotel lacked many basic amenities, and it felt more like a budget option than a boutique experience.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although the initial promise of wheelchair accessibility and a pleasant stay attracted me, the reality was vastly different. The lack of true accessibility features and poor customer service were significant downsides, overshadowing any positives. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel based on my experience.
